  Bad customer experience, did not accept a return, even though the receipt and product was still under return rules. They said "we don't sell this product anymore and that is why we cannot accept a return".

  I was having problems with several devices while here on vacation. Imani did a great job. He was patient, knowledgeable, professional, and extremely persistent. He seemed to enjoy the challenge of fixing problems. Kudos.

  Absolutely the most helpful staff, who genuinely care that their customers are taken care of. Only Verizon store in the city that I'll go to!

  Fantastic service, especially for the non-tech-inclined. No hard sell; just an explanation of the advantages of more expensive plans followed by respect for my choice. Highly recommended!
