::I had a wonderful experience thanks to Hamza. Hamaz took the time to review my account, thoroughly explain the plan options and patiently answer my questions. Instead of being frustrated (my typical response to Verizon), I left the store satisfied with my plan. Thank you again Hamza.

::I am very disappointed with their service not only they weren’t helpful but showed very little interest in good manners; when I bought my new iPhone X they hand me an open case where I noticed my headphones wire was missing; I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone make sure if for whatever reason you end up in that store to have them hand you packed product!!!

::Do not recommend this establishment, especially the manager Mohammed Islam. Very poor managerial skills. Quoting the manager... "I was not your sales guy, so I am unable to resolve your problem".. A refresher course in 'Management 101' might be helpful. DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS ESTABLISHMENT, as false and incomplete information was given from employee at this store, resulting in a wrong decision and especially the evasive manner of the manager to avoid resolving the situation.

::Jeff is a wonderful person to work with. He tried really hard to explain and teach me the technology which intimidates me. The store is beautiful. Thank you.

::I recently pre ordered an iPhone in the store which required confirmation of my identity and payment...I was quoted a value for trading in my current iPhone as well...I was told they would call when my phone arrived which did not happen. Well, they called & texted various times, each time providing conflicting information re: time & procedure for pick up. When I called To follow up, I was told i could come pick up my phone. When I went to the store again, I was told that I am not authorized to pick up the phone I'd ordered/paid for and that one of the other people named on account (who does not live close by) had to pick it up (contrary to info I was given via phone). When I questioned that, I was told I could be added to the account (by an authorized user)...once I did that I found out that my trade in value required an entirely different plan. As far as misinformation I received, it was relayed by too many different people to list. During the discussion both the manager and staff were antagonistic and extremely rude. I'm not sure that Ali is the manager but he represented himself as such (apparently Mohammed was "off" & unreachable) and in no way attempted to make things right and in fact both he and his associate said I should cancel the order... Mind you I'd waited over a week for the phone to come in and therefore had no other arrangements to purchase a new phone. I asked Ali how he planned to accommodate me as my "loss" resulted from staff incompetence. He simply stated that he had provided me w the correct information. For obvious reasons I cancelled the order and will not return to this store, ever! I recommend that you take your business somewhere where customers matter and Store managers know how to treat people and have the capacity to train and manage staff. I plan to follow up w Verizon corporate and the store owner. So much wasted time.
