  I've had 2 dealings with the Newburgh, NY store, both times with Theo. He is always personable and knowledgeable. I like that there are frequent deals and he has given me service over and above them. He has a lovely sense of humor too!

  I had the pleasure of meeting with Michael Diaz this morning to help me with my phone problems. Michael was informative, patient, courteous and professional at all times. He took his time as he taught me how to find and use new apps on my phone. Great employee!!

  Went in for a new phone & plan for my girlfriend and was lucky enough to be helped by Theo who helped me get a new phone for her and a new phone for myself. He was an excellent help in getting us what we needed and recommending things we really wanted. Very knowledgeable about the product and very helpful, I would definitely recommend this location if you need anything electronics related.

  Theo did a great job helping me purchase my new phone! He knew all the answers to my questions and helped me apply my liquid screen and phone case. Was a great experience if you need any phones or accessories definitely come here!

  If you're looking to upgrade your phone or get fios, or just simply need help with your phone; go to this Verizon. I personally worked with Ryan, he got me into a new J3 with no hassle and did my transfer! Best experience I ever had, I will be returning trust me.
