  Great Staff. Friendly and helpful. Katie the store manager has a great personality. She is always very friendly and efficient when I come in there to ask questions about my business account. When she is not in. I take the time to sit down with Tim or Joe who are always very helpful and take the time to answer some of my technical questions. Although I live in CT, I drive to Brewster just to work with this team.

  Love the Verizon wireless zone! The staff is super friendly and the store is clean. I definitely recommend that you go and see Colin. He is really knowledgeable and resourceful. I will be coming back to see him again when I get my next upgrade!

  I was greeted promptly upon entering store even though service rep was assisting another patron. I advised that I purchased the phone earlier in the day at another store but still needed assistance. Tim, without hesitation, fixed the issue and double checked account do to a concern of mine. Great service!
