  Went in yesterday and got everything I went in for, accomplished. My phone had some technical difficulties that were easily navigated through with the help of their employee Veronica. Just took a little time and patience working through the issue. Thanks a bunch!

  Started off with a great experience, very personable customer service. However we ran into multiple issues and throughout the transaction that were resolved in the end, it just took a while. But when I got home after being assured of price breakdowns and reviewing the products, I reviewed my account and saw that the salesperson added device protection on the accounts for a reoccurring charge of 23$ per month. I removed them but know that they got credit for more products sold without disclosing or my permission to do so. Go to an actual Verizon store in the future. Nice interaction, shady business practices.
