  Nick, the representative at the Fenway store, was so helpful. I was upgrading my iPhone and he took the time to look at my account to see how I could save money. The store was not crowded at all allowing an efficient experience. This store also had many promotions going on allowing me to get a great deal on some accessory items. I highly recommend this store!

  I recently went into this store and bought a 50$ screen protector and asked the man working to help install it. He sent me away with bubbles and dust under my screen protector. When I tried to fix the problem on my own, the screen protector cracked, when I called the store to ask about a replacement, they refused to help.

  Called Verizon to find a store to return my equipment. They said Charlestown and that it closes at 8pm Monday-Friday. Showed up at 6pm and it was closed. The illuminated sign on the storefront said that it closes at 8pm Monday-Friday. Total waste of my time. Shows zero respect for the customer. This confirms why I left Verizon and will never return.

  Went in just to leisurely look around and ended up getting two lines. The staff was extremely helpful without being overbearing. One of the nicest experiences I've had at a cell phone store in quite some time. I will definitely return to this location and recommend it to my friends.

  I loved the Charlestown Verizon Store their were two men on when I walked in the store and they were both very pleasant and very professional they both made me feel very welcome. V was the name of the gentleman that helped with bringing me to Verizon their was another man working with him whom was very nice as well they both made me feel welcome and they whole time I was their had my best interest in mind when it came to which cell phone I wanted and which plan was going to be best for me and my budget. By the time I walked out of Verizon Wireless I had already known I was going to be bringing my mom their and she to will be a new Verizon Wireless Customer. I would recommend the Charlestown Ma, Verizon Wireless store to anyone my husband is also a new Verizon Wireless Carrier and loves it, feels great to know their is actually a cellular company that is their for you and not just to make a buck thanks V awesome job love my phone.
