  Looking to grab a little charge before a business meeting. Wouldn't let me plug my phone in. Customer service is dead, find a different carrier.

  This is the only Verizon I go to in Manhattan. They always go out of their way for me and have been great every time I have upgraded or broken a phone. Verizon customer service in general is horrible don't get me wrong, but these guys are great. Its not even convenient since I moved across town but I will not go to another Verizon because any other one I've been to has been absolutely awful.

  Just impossible to join Verizon. I don't have any complains with the stuff over there. just the process is terrible.

  Very fast and prompt service - was in and out in less than 10 minutes. Richard was especially helpful. Highly recommend him and the store!
