  Went in on a Friday night after work and half hour before they closed. The representative was very helpful answering my questions about adding a new line. However, when I decided to add new line he suggested to make an appointment the next day. We asked why it wasn't possible to do it now and he responded because they would be closing in 10 minutes. I've worked on retail before and I never turned away a customer even after my store hours were exceeded. I understand it's Friday but it was also my Friday and wanted a new phone. I will not be coming back. Hopefully this doesn't happen to anybody else.

  Connor was amazing! I bought a new S9 which was shipped to me last week. I needed it to be programmed and set up, but I was 2000 miles away from my home in Chicago. I stopped by his store in Phoenix on a Sunday and he was kind enough to take care of everything for me! He spent over an hour helping me transfer files, teaching me about new apps, etc. He went above and beyond without any consideration for his own benefit. If you need a new Verizon phone Phoenix...Connor is your man to see!!

  AWFUL & LIARS. Accessed my mother and brothers account and upgraded their phone and did all kids of stuff on the account WITHOUT PERMISSION and then when our regular verizon called him they wouldnt give any names or allow the rep to talk to their manager because she they didnt have managers. WORST PLACE TO EVER GO!!!!! STAY FAR AWAY BEFORE THEY GET INTO YOUR ACCOUNT AND SCREW YOU OVER!!

  I called prior asking if they had a certain wifi jetpack specific to my needs. The representative assured me they had that model. When I arrived I was greeted by the person I spoke with who then told me he had to check in the back. He came back out with a different model acting surprised when I wouldn't be interesyed in his sales pitch. People need to be honest, I would not purchase anything at this store.
