  The representative that assisted me was very helpful. I was on an individual plan and wanted to put my fiancé on a plan with me. He helped very well and was very knowledgeable and fast. I have not met a better representative in any other company in a long time. As a recent graduate of medical school and being a very tech savvy person I was extremely impressed. Thanks Harrison!

  Incredible service - I had an emergency, needed to switch to Verizon (sprint is a nightmare; don't ever use them) Kelly, was extremely helpful. Not only did she complete the process quickly, but several months later when I needed to port my number to Verizon, she helped me again, over text! Absolutely amazing service, 10/10

  Harrison Phillips is the most amazing Verizon rep I have dealt with for the past 10 years. I swore that I would rather have a root canal than go into a phone store! Yes! Well I told Harrison that over the phone & he said : “come in”. WHAT A GREAT EXPERIENCE! Thank you a million times over!!

  Abdel helped us so much. We were on vacation and my husband's phone fell prey to a glass of water spilled by a waitress. It stopped working and we were lucky enough to find this Verizon store. He was extremely knowledgeable about the products and what would suit our needs. He didn't try to oversell you. He was very patient, explained everything, and stayed past closing to help us. This shows that real customer care pays off. The next day we brought our son who lives in the area to also upgrade his phone.
