  I want to commend the work of Jim at the Arlington Va location. He is always so helpful and so knowledgeable about the ins and outs of my phone whenever I have problems with it. I, in fact, just left another location , because the service was so horrible just so I could make it to his store before it closed. It took him 10 minutes to deal with the issue with my phone. This is the kind of superior customer service I always receive from him! It is time for me to get a new phone and he is the only person who will get my business! Belinda Dillard

  Went in to ask a question about home equipment drop off in dc and the person i talked too told me to google it. Wow you couldn’t take 2 minutes to help me. It would have been faster if you looked in the inter company system. Thanks Verizon Alexandria

  I've bought 4 phones here over the past 5 years and I wouldn't go anywhere else. The staff is always friendly, knowledgeable and prompt. They are focused on getting customers the best phone for them, not the most expensive phones in the shop.

  Had a great experience buying a new phone. Chris Corteselli was super knowledgeable, and walked me they the entire process and set up. I will definitely return to this store and will recommend it to others. Wonderful customer service.
