  If you come to this store, I would recommend asking for Jose or Lisa, excellent customer service! The rest of the staff very unfriendly. My honest opinion. Hope this is helpful.

  The customer service is garbage. I went in there with questions to ask and nobody greeted me as I walked through the door. There were 3 ladies working the front and no one reached out to help us. We waited for 30 before another customer walked in and got greeted and attended to immediately. They need to work on their customer service skills because it is lacking tremendously.

  Very unfriendly staff. Go only if you have to. If you buy a $1000 phone and they put your phone glass case on wrong, its not their fault! They tell you that after you buy the phone the bundle and the package with the charger. Constantly rushing you and just want to get your money. Overall less than helpful staff! It you go there only deal with Mr Rafel (very knowlgable and professional).
