  At 6:25pm I went into Verizon to charge my phone for about 5 minutes. While I was waiting, Isaac checked to see if I was eligible for an upgrade. I was so surprised to learn that I was eligible for a free tablet and an extra 3g a month! I had dinner plans around the corner at 6:30 and Isaac had me out of the store with my tablet and upgraded plan in no time flat and I was at dinner by 6:33. His timing was perfect, as I had been thinking about getting a tablet so my baby could watch Sesame Street without deleting everything on my phone. Isaac is friendly and knowlegeable, very chill, and very low-pressure, but still worked fast enough for me to get to dinner on time. In every other Verizon store I've been to, minimum time to get anything done was an hour and he had me out in under 10 minutes with everything I needed!

  Very helpful staff, good products. Not an official Verizon store, but they still good.
