  The associate that help me was very kind and took his time to work on my phone to get it back to 100% after I had some problems restoring my phone and my Wi-Fi so that I may would use it and not be worried about being hacked thank you

  I'm just completely over Verizon. The last few times I've gone into the store the guys who've helped me seemed like they would rather be doing anything else. I felt like a nuciance for asking questions.. that is untill you tell them you want to buy something, then they start kissing your ass. Today the cheap flimsy screen protector that they sold me for $50. cracked after 1 month of use. They make you register the warrantee online, so to get a replacement u need to pay $10 for shipping, they mail it to you and then you have to bring it to the store to have it put on even though they have them right there in the store! Plus.. they changed their overage policy and never told us customers, so I was basicly forced to upgrade my plan even though I didn't need or want to! I've been a customer for 15 years, but once this phone is paid for I am DONE with Verizon!

  Employee was just trying to get me out of the store, did not want to help me transfer information, had me delete my old phone before my transfer finished. Told me phone was done restoring when it wasn’t just so I can leave. He left to go talk to coworkers. ABSOLUTELY WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE

  Horrible customer service. Manager is cocky and rude. Offered no help what so ever and was completely unprofessional. Not only to me, but to atleast two other people just while I was in there. Honestly I’d go to any other store besides this one. Needs some serious manager upgradeds.

  They have great pizza for the price I like it that day heated up in the oven really good products under Pizza swing by grab a couple sizes Hangout
