  The experience was terrible. Yolander was an employee that sold us the wrong phone, added warrenties without asking us and when we brought the phone back to get the right one, we were told we had to pay a 35$ fee for their mistake. Told us incorrect phone prices, charged us in a way that we were being billed for multiple phones and refused to use our reward points (even though they were applicable). Luckily customer service online and by phone fixed it and were super helpful since the store staff kept making the situation worse. It's close to our home but I'm willing to drive a distance to avoid this headache of this place.

  Came in a little less than 30 mins before closing. The staff was so helpful and sweet. They made sure we left happy

  We went into this store to get information about phones. We were about to get one but then the associate told us the walk out price.. being that we are on vacation and did not NEED a phone we told the associate that we were no longer interested. Needless to say if facial and body language was verbally announced we would have heard vulgarities from the associate.
