  Open 10 to 2 on Saturday and they now offer bicycle loans. New ATM was recently installed and is covered and protected from the elements. Like BECU and other financial institutions, you can get receipt images of your deposited checks and you don't need an envelope. If you come in, pick up the free chapstick.

  I go out of my way to come to this branch over the others. The employees are always helpful, and kind. I would have never imagined that I would enjoy banking(credit union-ing?), but I am always pleased when I get a chance to go in. Happy to be a member!

  This is a great bank branch where people know me by name, are always helpful but are never pushy. Opposite of that large out-of-town bank that I left.

  So I go into this credit union to make a withdrawal on 4/28/16. I was seen by a cashier. What startled me was we got to the end of my transaction. She counts my cash out on her side of the counter, and refuses to hand me my money. She literally had my money way on her side of the counter. I did not know how to not feel disrespected about that. It was the oddest thing. I don't know why she would do that? I don't know if it's because an I'm Black thing? I don't know if she's just a rude person, or is not experienced with banking? Whatever the case may be it was very odd. The whole experience made me feel like I am not wanted at this branch location of this credit union.
