  I bought a so called "refurbished" I-Mac computer from these people. It totally failed after 2 weeks. I called their customer service and they sent me another harddrive for me to install. It did not solve the problem. I then was told that my only option was to return the computer at my cost for repair or refund. Rude unyielding people to deal with, long phone wait times. Stay away from Verified Systems Solutions and "Refurbees" as the call themselves.
