  Extremely helpful and friendly! They handle business efficiently. Their locations are always clean and they greet you as soon as you walk in.

  Usually very helpful. However I went in there one day a little over a week ago. I needed to cash in change to cover my account. The lady said the coin machine is broken and not back up for a week. She never offered another location or anything. It was all quarters so don't think it would be that hard. So I'm still trying to fix my account! Their coin machine was Duren at v last 1 x week. To make matters worse, I live about 50 miles from the nearest Veridian!

  The people I have dealt with at Veridian have been wonderful -- especially Knea. It's a bonus, given how good everything else is about this credit union. I feel like a valued member, not just a random customer.
