  My fiance and I filed our tax form with Denisse Feb 1 and til today I haven’t received my tax refund. Everytime I will call she will always be with a client and she will never return my calls. Worst experience ever, so unprofessional plus the price its crazy she told me and my fiance that it was gonna be 127 for each and she ended up charging my fiance 189 because they take 60 dollars more since they are taking the money out of the tax refund which she should have told us before, so we could of have pay her right in there and don’t waste 60 dollars more just for the pleasure of it.

  They are pretty good on insurance prices .just wish they reposed faster to they customers
