  Fantastic. I visit NY every few months, this will be my gym everytime. This gym has it all. Clean , friendly & Lots of great equipment. Affordable prices too. Joey

  Super friendly they always greet you when you come in. The people at the desk are both super friendly and super helpful. I asked a guy at the desk about machines for core and he walked me around the gym showing me machines and even showed me how to use a few I wasn’t sure of...

  Great local gym! Staff and members are friendly and respectful. My girlfriend and I both feel comfortable working out here. My girlfriend enjoys doing the different classes that they offer. The staff does a great job of keeping the gym clean and organized.

  Bunch of juice head dirtbags work out there Update : 02/8/18 no i am not confused with another gym . This is the gym owned by Wanda Neppel .don’t listent to the owner of gym . guys do steroids and leave needles all over the floor. Women are sexually harrased there as well
