  THIS IS A SCAM!!! I booked and paid for a rental in May 2013. This past weekend (Sept. 20, 2013) I traveled nearly 5 hours with 9 people (kids too) to be told the home was rented to someone else!!! We had no where to go and had to pay more money to stay at a hotel! I had already booked a caterer and a limo to pick us up at that location. Completely ruined my wedding weekend!!! The manager offered us a refund but it took nearly 5 days to get our almost $1,500 back! Total scam!!! NEVER STAY HERE!!! SCAM!!!!!

  I rented a high-rise condo right off the strip from zen getaways for my family. I have a small place in vegas and could not fit everyone so i book a vacation home. My family loved it, they hate hotels but wanted to be close the strip so this worked out perfect. They are coming back in a couple month so we will get another place for them to stay. Thanks for your help. Jimmy-
