  Unbelievably good vegetarian cuisine. The carnivore is our group didn't even miss the meat. This place serves organic, locally sourced, food and beverages that rival ANY restaurant in town. They are well worth your time.

  In a world where finding quality plant based food is difficult and inconvenient, the veggie gods saw fit to bless us with the magnificence that is Veg Cafe. I honestly don't have any idea what the item I ordered was. I simply remember scouring the contents of the dish and thinking, 'Hey, I would totally eat this.' So I bought it, I sat alone at this wicker table with a glass top and immersed myself in my phone for a few moments before being graced with a beautifully arranged dish that was delicious to boot. 10/10 would return. Cozy atmosphere right in the heart of Midtown Sacramento and friendly staff.

  The first time I came here, it was on a first date with a guy who was vegan, and we checked this place out on a whim. The second time I came here, it was on purpose, that guy is now my boyfriend, and the food is just as good. A nice selection of vegan entrees, appetizers, and drinks with a cozy/hippie vibe. A low-key place with lots of light and delicious specials. Definitely recommended for good food, a nice vibe, and a place where connections can be made.

  I love it here..it's our favorite place to eat. The staff is friendly and the food is terrific. We eat here often. Great atmosphere.

  I love this cute little cafe. Their service is fantastic lead by the amazing Sol. Try the sweet potato chips when you go, they are house made and delicious.
