::We were visiting from Portland with our pup Booster who had been fighting lymphoma and we had to bring him into the ER here as his health drastically declined. This was by far the best vet experience we have ever had. Booster was seen immediately and we only sat in the waiting room for a few minutes before we were able to go in a room with him and see a doctor. Dr. Hammer treated Booster as if she had known him forever. Her attention to detail and care in the short time we were there was something we had never experienced before. She was so respectful and understanding it was amazing. We can not thank her and the vet techs enough for taking such good care of him and stabilizing him so that we could get him home.

::Very clear, personable service and well organized. They clearly care about the dogs. Pre and post visit instructions are very clear and they follow up with both email and phone calls. Definitely recommend.

::If you want to wait for more than 4+ hours in the waiting room for an emergency visit, be overcharged for CT Scan and overnight care by roughly $5,000, have front desk talk to you nicely but have no real track of what is going on then go here and waste your time, money, and sanity. I did speak to a person named Jamie and she was great but everyone else dropped the ball many times. Again nice people but very disorganized, overcharged, and just too busy to spend quality time with you and your pet.

::I am thankful I took my sick pup here. The experience met my expectations; my pup was diagnosed and treated for an eye ulcer. It was about 2 hours total for her tests and treatment. My pup was visibility feeling better when we left. Doctor/staff were great.

::This hospital is scamming people by charging for unnecessary procedures. If your pet is sick, try to go somewhere else. If you choose this place, question every procedure they suggest. Their goal is not helping your pets but making money. My dog had X-ray, ultrasound and blood tests procedures there, all they found was UTI. However, we ended up having kidney stone surgery a few moths later. Not sure how they got their vet degrees.
