  I received my order with a small delay it was necessary to contact the customer service, they worked quickly and after 2 days I received an order of good quality. This order is russian DVD (cartoon movie) I couldn't buy it anywhere else only in Vasha kniga. My kids are happy.

  Very disappointed in their service, ordered a book on 12/25/17, thinking they would have it and send it out within a week. When I called and inquired on 01/06/18 was told by a young guy that not only they dont have it, it would be sent out from Russia to the bookstore by the end of the month due to Winter holidays. The bookstore website doesnt inform of this, otherwise I wouldnt order from them and wait that long. Called back on 01/25/18 to ask if they have already received it, and they said, "card was declined." Not only, they didnt call me as soon as they ran the card to let me know, my card isnt declined, and they refuse to give money back, now I am out of the book and money.
