  Our house was without power because of an equipment failure in the basement the friday after Thanksgiving. He answered the phone sounding disinterested, I recited the problems and he immediately threw so many excuses as why he wouldn't take free money that I hung up. A qualified electrician came out later in the day and solved the issue in 15 minutes.

  Hire this guy if you want his workers to bleed you on unnecessary labor costs. They don't know enough to get the job done efficiently so you pay for the time it takes to figure out what needs to be done. I still have a lack of confidence that I needed all the work done that they performed, taking weeks instead of days.
