  I was greeted right away upon entering the store. So many shoes to choose from and definitely bought way too much but my wallet isn’t hurting that bad! Really pleased with my experience today.

  This Vans store has the most kickass customer service Evar. Evar. One guy I bought from was juggling me, 3 other customers and a phone call and still had time to check availability online for a specific item for my daughter. Also, as usual great prices, location and selection. Highly recommended! I hope we have a store this good some year…

  Super disappointed in the customer service here I went in and NO ONE came to see if I needed help then I went up to an employee and I asked him for a shoe and he seemed bothered by me but said he would get it. I wanted about 15 min and he still hadn’t came but I had seen him helping others. I was looking for someone else to help me and I accidentally bumped into him and he rolled his eyes and walked away. Finally when I was helped another 5 min later they told me they didn’t have the shoe I wanted in my size. Should’ve talked to the manager because most of the staff was rude.

  Very poor customer service. Stood with my children, shoes in hand, never greeted, never asked if we needed help, walked out and it didn't phase the staff.
