  The customer service here is the best. One of there sales reps Ash helped me find the exact pair of shoes and was super nice. Unfortunately I had a bit of a fiasco with a gift card when I went in to buy some shoes so they had to contact customer service to try to get it reloaded for me. It took a long time but Cole and Cat, some of the managers, kept me in the loop through the whole process and made sure that I was able to get my card and shoes. Everyone one here is great and the selection in the store is good (they'll order things to the store for free if they don't have it there too). Great experience I will definitely go back.

  The customer service here is phenomenal! i went in looking for a particular color of the Old Skools and even though they didn't have it in my size, the employee was super welcoming and helped me order it online for free two-day shipping to my dorm. Definitely will shop here again the next time I'm in Boston.

  one of the smallest vans' store I've been to but it is super nice in there! Always with great variety and super nice people!

  Small but neat. Had what we wanted. Good service. Walking or commuting is better. Parking spaces difficult to find & the parking meters are tricky.
