  Like this store alot. I have been there 3 times in the last couple weeks and I am surprised how refreshed they are each time. Which means, it is a well managed store through their customer service, merchandising, and policies provided to the members of the staff. I have now purchased, returned, and repurchased more because of their reasonable policies. Customer service 101 is practiced and taught here and I appreciate that. Alot of businesses have really lost that focus due to cut backs and therefore rep/customer ratio is depleted. Anyway, they have been on point and I'm a rejuvenated fan of this brand that I loved as a kid and now I love it as a dad with a kid! Cool stuff!

  Vans in Westfield Mission Valley has a great shoe selection. Store staff make it a fun place to shop.

  Just bought a years worth of shoes. Awesome service, so attentive. I left very happy.

  This place is amazing, everyone that works there is great. I bought a pair of shoes that had ripped due to a manufacturer defect and Camile helped me out to get a new pair at no charge, no questions asked!! I will buy Vans for the rest of my life.
