  It looks great but breaks easily. Tires go flat, chains start to drag, after no more than 10-15 times riding it. Would not get it again.

  I ordered the Electrified S the day it came out. It has some "first batch" quality issues, the whole time I had it occasionally wouldn't turn on, other times it wouldn't turn off. 14 months after purchase they offered to send me a new replacement bike. They wanted to make sure my Vanmoof experience was enjoyable, so did this even though it was out of warranty. Free shipping, no cost, I'm right now putting my old bike back in the shipping box to send out. This show of support impresses me. I had been concerned that not living in Brooklyn, where Vanmoof has a presence, I'd have support issues. I'm impressed that they truly want customers to be happy and they stand behind their products. Also, the bike is GORGEOUS. I get stopped frequently. It's fun to ride. Get one.

  Bikes are so cool--specialized cargo bikes. Perfect for NYC. So friendly and lovely.
