  Have had my Escalade for 7 month no plates no one will tell me what is going on w the title the car is a pos no one will answer me I moved out of state n now they really won't talk to me they r crooked they took my cash down payment n pocketed it and on the sign papers it said I traded a damn c camry wth is really going on w this place this is a scam or something isn't right 7 month no plates and can't get them either wth!!!!!! Do not do business w these people

  Stay away!! My parents live in TN and bought a car 8 months ago. They are still waiting on the title!! 8 MONTHS- NO TITLE!!!! After weekly calls into the business with no further information, the owner just stopped answering the phone calls and never returned any calls. I live in TX and had to go to the place of business, only to recieve the "run around" face to face. This is now going on 9 months. I would not recommend this place to purchase a car, especially if do not live in TX.

  My car buying experience at Vango Auto Group was by far THE BEST experience I've ever had when buying a vehicle. The staff at Vango are very professional and posses outstanding customer service skills. Any and all promises made were kept and every detail of the transaction was thoughroughly explained. I am very picky when it comes to my vehicles and I expect them to be in the most reliable condition possible. I brought a small concern of mine regarding the f250 that I purchased to the attention of the manager and it was dealt with immediately! If you're looking for an exceptional car buying experience, I highly recommend Vango Auto Group!

  Glenn and Mark are a great team to work with! We have purchased THREE vehicles from them. A 2004 BMW 530I from them in excellent condition, a 2013 Kia Optima, and last week a 2007 Range Rover Supercharged. Mark got an excellent interest rate and Glenn took care of any issues as agreed prior to the purchases. Very good experience overall. Will definitely refer our friends and family. Give them a call, you won't be disappointed!

  I purchased a Ford F-150 Lariat from Vango a few years ago. It was the best car buying experience I have had. When we got there, they had the truck all ready to go, completely detailed inside and out and ready for me to test drive. After a 15 minute test drive, we went back to their office, took care of some minor paperwork, and drove away with my new truck. Not only was the service excellent, but they gave me a great deal on the truck. I drove it for over a year, put 20,000 miles on it, and sold it with a profit. I would recommend them and would use them again. With other car buying experiences I have had in the past with large dealerships, I left feeling completely exhausted and haggled. The process with Vango was enjoyable and very easy. Thanks Vango!
