::Dr Ho and ALL the staff are absolutely wonderful! I’ve been a patient for a few years now and my Teeth are sparkling and Healthy! What more could you ask for? And Dr Ho is a perfectionist.. I like that trait in a Dentist! The entire office gets a 10 from me!

::We love Dr Vanessa Ho! She was so gentle and great with my little girl (4years). Her office staff was great and helpful to make sure our visit was safe - checking our temperature, wearing masks, and keep the office clean. They had a great protocol to make sure everything was in order. My appointment is next Tuesday and then my Husband on Thursday. Its a family affair. Great office. Totally support this business.

::Beware of Fraudulent Claim to your Insurance!! I was looking for a new dentist in my neighborhood, so I called this office if they would accept my insurance in mid June. After getting my personal information to look up my coverage, they started to explain how they would bill my plan and to me. I told them I would call back to make an appointment after discussing with my spouse. I never called them back for an appointment. I received a bill from my insurance company a few days ago and was shocked to see that I was billed to the service from this dental office which was never rendered to me. I understand this is a difficult time and everyone is trying to stay afloat; but for a profession, it is unacceptable. I truly believe it is not a mistake. I gave ‘one’ star just to post my experience. If you are looking for a new provider, just be careful and watch out for yourself.
