  Great place to hangout, safest park ever. I haven't seen any homeless people which makes it different from the other parks in Miami. It's a very nice park for kids. Plenty of rooms to run and bike. Vanderbilt Park is like a paradise located in the heart of a gracious Island. It's fantastic, the view is perfect. They only need to add a real playground. I have never seen any public space so well maintained. Congrats!.
