  Snotty staff favors elderly tourists. I couldn't get a dressing room opened. I handed two pending purchases back to a 'co manager' and left. Never again. Van Heusen, your clerks are a sales liability. I shared my concerns with the staff and they Minimized and Deflected. Macy: the customer is always right. Not Here.

  Helpful and friendly staff here. Not very busy when I came in, so asked for help getting some shirt measurements taken quickly. Got it done fast and the shirts fit just right. Small store, but doesn't need to be big.
