  Although there was a slight wait, Alberto was great - super friendly, did his sales pitch but in no way was he pushy or abrasive. Took care of my coolant flush in a quick but serious way. Would definitely bring my car back here again.

  Best customer service and quick service. Now you don't have to get out your car and there is no pressure to buy items like some places do. I went there for two years and never once had an issue.

  This point of service could be a good place to do service in my car, but there is a young lady who works there she is not Height of its responsibility! She hates everybody, she is not friendly, when I try to talk her, to bring her back to her normal position, she asked me not to return again. Its not important to have that kind of workers working for that prestigious business. I'll go back again, and I'll never let her touch my car again. But the guys are great, they're very friendly and helpful.

  Came on a Sunday a afternoon. Very friendly knowledgeable staff. I was in and out in like 10 minutes top. Clean inside and with the new self driving in and out I was able to talk with the crew on the spot about my needs. Alberto was awesome! They do ask about certain upgrades and services, but it's pretty standard as with any "store" you go into. I've been to this location a couple times and both times it's been a great experience. Much better than Port Chester, Mount Vernon and the Bronx locations.
