  We have used this site on many occasions, and were pleased with the service. Yesterday we waited on line and were told to use the third bay.. This bay was too low for our car. The underside of our car was scratched and applate fell off. They tried to turn it around, saying did you hit anything? Yes we hit plates on this bay. Now a $100 oil change is turning into hundreds of dollars.

  Complete amateur hour. An hour and a half to change oil. Barely appeared to know what they are doing. Almost 30 years of getting my oil changed at many places all over the Northeast, and the only time I've experienced such incompetence.
