  No problems here .. good service ... kevin was polite and went out of his way to inform me about fluid levels that do not need to be checked and are only covered by the dealer .. thanks man

  The worst service ever! This is the 3rd car brought into this particular center. They do not know how to put back the filters in correctly and leave parts missing when putting back your dashboard. It scares me that might not know how to put the oil plug back in, because thats how they destroyed my brothers car last year because of that incompetence! It has become truly obvious, that the individuals here don't care about their jobs or the service they provide for their customers. It is truly a shame! I really don't know from what rock they look under to hire these individuals! They have now not only lost me as a customer, but my family, and my friends!

  I only used them when I was personally short on time, the last time I went, I went in with a Subaru emblem on the motor cover and left without one! The owner of Valvoline returned my call and asked me to bring in my car so he could look at it. Definitely a step in the right direction. If it where not for google and this platform I would have not complained(mostly due to my lack of time).
