  If I could give this place 0 stars I would. I have never felt so taken advantage of in my life. I have had a total of 6 appointments and not even a third of my work has been done. They are a very sketchy office with likewise practices. They have taken money out of my account for services not performed, lied in their notes about having called me about my issues, canceled my appointments because of not having what they needed for 4 weeks in a row...I could literally go on and on. I have tried to get in touch with a manger several times. The only one who has seemed to be of any service was from another location. They have taken money out of my account for services not even rendered. I called and spoke to "April" who had a complete attitude that I was mad about such situation. She lacks any sense of professionalism or integrity, as I know she has been there and at the present time "felt bad that this has been my experience". After refusing to tell me her manager's name, I asked for corporate's number. She puts me on hold saying that she would look it up, and returns to the phone only to relay a message from her so-called manager that I, for some unknown reason, am unable to talk to directly. I am very upset at how everything has turned out at this point. After no help whatsoever from "April", I again asked her name so that I could let corporate know of my experiences. She went on to lie and say her name was Ciara. When I called her bluff, she ever so casually rushed to hang up the phone. Needless to say, I won't stop until something is done about my treatment as a whole!

  Had a fabulous experience at this location! Dr. H and Emily both made me feel very welcome and comfortable during the entire visit. The office was very nice and clean as well! Overall amazing experience. Thank you guys :)
