  The shop was clean and the staff was friendly. Ana halped me out and explained how the interest works. Would definitely use them again if I have too.

  The other employees are amazing! The lady manager is the main issue. She was a really cool person when she was a pawn broker but her becoming a manager changed her whole perspective. If she don't want to help you or don't like you she'll make it apparent. The company needs to do something about that because they can be missing out on allot of potential business. Honestly I don't wish anyone to lose their job....... I would just denote her and remind her of where she started and how she needs to respect everyone.
