  Valley Lawn & Garden Care has been taking care of our landscape needs in multiple homes since 1992. They have consistently sent the same professionals to maintain our properties for years, we have gotten to know them and appreciate the outstanding work that they do every time they come. I would highly recommend contacting Valley Lawn & Garden for any of your landscape needs.

  I'm so sad to have had this experience - we've used Valley Lawn & Garden for about a year, and they've done great work with regular monthly service and occasional special requests (cutting back the palms twice a year, burying some electrical cord when we redid our landscape lighting). However 11 days ago, things got strange. We had a dispute over one of the monthly charges, and rather than work through the situation and come up with a mutually agreeable resolution, I think my number has been blocked. I've called three times, gotten voice mail each time, requested a call back so we could talk through things, and gotten no response. I've sent multiple text messages, and gotten no response. Yesterday the crew didn't show up for monthly service, and now I'm scrambling to find someone to clear the weeds and trim the yard before I get in trouble with the HOA. And still no response. While I respect a small business owner's right to choose who they want to do business with, the lack of professionalism is extremely frustrating and bewildering given how great they've generally been to work with.

  Alicia and her team are wonderful! They are fast, courteous, and very good at what they do. They send the same people typically, so we've gotten to know them and vice versa as they maintain our yard. The quality is excellent. We've had them for about 14 years!

  There are countless issues that have occurred with this company. To begin with they have an incompetent lady who answers the phone, has limited vocabulary, since she likes to insult using the F*** word and likes to hang up when she is in the wrong. This company has lied over and over again, to cover up the inadequate job they were providing our property with. This company does not like doing proper yard work. I would advice to find other people for the price they charge. They don't like dealing with dogs, if one week they do not feel like coming to the property they will blame it on the dogs. If they don't complete their task they will blame it on the dogs. It is incredible the accusations they have made upon our dogs without any proof. Now that they are gone, we have the most lush and beautiful yard ever. Our neighbors said it is the first time in several years. DO NOT hire these people, they are rude, uneducated and do not have good work ethic.
