  My mother was just recently released from Maywood Rehab and Valley sent out a nurse Jenny to evaluate her. They deemed her unsafe to be home however, even though her insurance lists Valley Homecare as a provider they would pay for. They left her with no help or care and sadly do not care for her well being or saftey. Very sad and overwhelming.

  My wife had been assigned Valley after back surgery. On Tuesday the intake nurse ordered a hospital bed for the house since after back surgery she has a lot of pain moving. The Dr sent the completed forms back to Valley the same day. Today is Friday, and after several calls, the main office has no idea why the order was not processed, the order for the bed was never submitted and after several calls no one knows why or where the paperwork is and my wife continues to suffer. Please think twice before choosing Valley ???
