  I live right around the corner and have only been unfortunate enough to have to use this gas station a few times, I personally refuse to go to this one anymore even though it is by far the closest to my house for a number of reasons; they can almost never print receipts, the buttons on the machines rarely work and last but certainly not least is that the employees are disrespectful and rude to customers, Bella took it upon herself to tell me it was my problem that the buttons didn’t work because people keep breaking them and when I said yes that happens at everyone’s job and when that happens at my work and everywhere else you apologize to the customer and tell them you will get on it or report it to your boss to get it fixed she laughed in my face and started saying that’s a you problem over an over and when I asked for her name three times to talk to the owner she said she didn’t know, I honestly don’t think she understands English at all and didn’t understand the question cause finally she goes oh MY name is Bella, she was hostile for no reason and basically gave me the finger for notifying her something wasn’t working, I honestly hope this store goes out of business and the owner losses everything, I’ve had too many bad experiences here to count and I’m over people not putting any effort into their livelyhood! Have some pride in your job and learn some customer service skills Bella, had I treated a customer how you did tonight I would be out of a job and honestly you should be!

  I would put zero if I could the lady that is there from it's opening to close overcharges steals back mostly lighter's ciggarettes tabbaco stuff if you question any price any action on her part she nuts up throws you out if you say anything other than leaving she calls cops takes picture she targets homeless tattooed people veterans anyone that looks like a street person that lacks credibility in the eyes of the law she does this if you leave money on counter in ATM card in ATM she will keep it it's not because she is from the middle East it's because she hates Americans period LL three stores dislike us no matter what color there is a big big problem and no one deals with this fix this Fresno this Valero ,happy market have no right to hold us hostage in our neibourhood speak up
