::AMAZING! From the minute you walk into Valeo, you feel the calm and relaxing energy. The space itself is HUGE, and always kept so incredibly clean. You have the choice to relax even more by using the steam or sauna room prior to your experience if you arrive early enough. From there you are seated in the relaxation lounge, which brings even more peace and calmness before your therapist comes to get you. Kevin was my massage therapist, and let me tell you he was the best I have ever experienced. (I have been all over the world, and tried numerous places in Chicago and he is a miraculous find!). We spoke about my trouble areas, and what type of pressure before the service. Throughout the experience he was very professional, quiet and made sure to check in to ensure I was doing well. Afterwards, I had to peel myself off the table-- I was so relaxed! I spent some time in the relaxation room (where you can order wine, food, etc from the hotel). From there I took my time in the infa-red sauna and steam room. This would be a great place to bring a group of friends for a day of wellness, or even your significant other. They have an amazing private couples room... which we will be checking out next time! Being in the wellness industry myself, I hold everything to a much higher standard. Let's just say Valeo, especially Kevin my therapist made every minute there worth it! Thank you!

::fantastic massage and excellent facial. I will definitely be going back there! Stanley is one of the best massage therapists I've ever worked with before. Kasha gave me a wonderful facial. The spa was modern and tranquil. The staff was accommodating and thought of every detail.

::Unlike other reviewers I found the front desk service incredibly helpful and attentive. From the moment my friend and I walked in to the second we left, we had the hospitality professional always nearby, yet not overbearing. I had a Google offer gifted to me by my husband, and was kind of concerned of them being snooty about it. Au contraire! They were happy to accept and even invited me to bring a friend for the same low price! Our "Unwind Event" consisted of a 20 min yoga, which turned into at least 40 minutes of fun, challenging mix of Tai Chi, Yoga, Ballet, and Pilates. The instructor was a stunning older lady in amazing shape, that would make a 25 year old yoga instructor feel ashamed. After yoga, we were led into the "Transition Lounge" to drink wine and socialize, then one by one we were picked by our massage/skin care professionals and led into separate rooms to enjoy our chosen services. I must say, as a regular at Pain Stop, I am used to good hard pressure from my therapist. Here, I got a nice soft rub, instead of an actual massage. But really, it was very enjoyable once I gave up on it being a therapeutical one and resolved to enjoy it as a relaxing massage. After that I just sat in the infrared sauna for 20 minutes or so, then a cold shower and back into the sauna - it was divine! Not sure if I would want to spend the money to become a member, but if I see a deal again, I'll be sure to grab it.

::I called just to find out a little bit about what kind of business they are or how good they are.... they only response I got was "Were not interested" with a sarcastic " Thank You" before the hang up... do not patronize this place

::I purchased a "Travel Zoo" for $99, worth $200 in services. I arrived at 12pm to take advantage of the Valeo Facility Access (includes fitness center, sauna, steam room) prior to my spa treats. My facial was great, just not long enough. My massage was amazing - - thank you James! The transition rooms were tranquil. Their cocktail menu was reasonably priced, except, they use Absolute for vodka, so disappointed. I recommend Ketel One, at a minimum! Overall, it was a great experience.
