  I'd give it five but you can no longer do your own laundry. It's a pick up drop.off service only, now. Buy it's same day and just 79 cents to the pound. Smells fresh and they use brand name soaps so no allergy issues which is a great plus for me. Fresh laundry comes back vaccu. Sealed and nicely folded. Totally worth the $. Especially since it's same day service if you drop it off before 1pm.
