  When I first started vocal lessons my junior year of high school, I had no sense of confidence in my abilities and talents. I didn’t believe in myself, and was over-critical of my abilities, but all I knew was that I loved to sing, and I wanted to improve as much as I could for my school’s musical auditions. After Nearly two years, I have managed to build my confidence, I have improved my singing, learned a much more stable technique to make sure I can preserve my voice, and most importantly, Kelly, along with the entire Valencia School of Music community has exponentially increased the confidence I had in my ability to sing. I managed to get a role in the 2017 Valencia School of Music Production of Godspell, and I had a solo. Valencia has helped me to become a better singer along with a better person, and they have helped me grow to be the person they saw from the beginning.

  Very professional staff at Valencia School of Music, and Chuck is the best, kind, very patient and understandable of his piano student, we can only express gratitude........ Thank you CHUCK.. you are simple the best.

  Valencia School of Music is just wonderful place to learn how to play instruments. My daughter instructor Mr. Chuck is an excellent teacher, very patient always smiling and have great approach for kids. My daughter couldn't wait to go for piano lesson with Mr. Chuck. She always enjoyed the classes.

  My daughter, Olivia, has been a part of the Valencia School of Music family for about 3 years. Olivia has grown so much, as a vocalist, in these past years and we have Kelly to thank. Each week Olivia looks forward to her lessons and being exposed to new singing techniques and music. We are so lucky to have found a music school where the teachers are not just teaching students music, but also being both mentors and role models, for our children. I just want to say "Thank you" for all you have done to make Olivia the singer she is today.

  My son has been taking guitar lessons from Jose for two years now. We couldn't be more happy with Jose and Valencia in whole. Jose introduced guitar to my son and made him love playing it. Jose understands kids and pushes them when they need and eases off as required. Recently my son hit a wall and Jose instantly recognized it and eased off so that my son doesn't lose the love of playing guitar. He is now back on track and loving every lesson. My daughter cannot wait to take voice lessons from Kelly! She listens outside while we are waiting for my son and Kelly is giving lessons to others and my daughter has picked up a lot just by listening. She is just waiting to grow old enough to take the lessons. Hopefully Kelly has opening for her when the time arrives! I cannot say enough good things about the staff and the teachers at Valencia! They are a good addition to our community and I am glad that they are here in Westfield!
