  I've been using Vale Cleaners for about 5 years. They have been progressively getting worse and worse for about 2 years now. Here's a few examples: Brand new, out of the package shirts have come back with stains on them, clothes have come back with the same stains on them as when I dropped them off, many articles of clothing have lint and hair strands sticking to them and the occasional "lost" item of clothing. Do yourself a favor, in a town rich with dry cleaning options, stay away from Vale Cleaners.
