  DO NOT TRUST Jay Valana took my deposit money to purchase material and never started the project. He changed address and phone number... He also operates under the VCC name on Staten Island.

  They begged for more money every day ahead of the contract, and ended up not finishing the work and leaving : roof and facade unfinished, etc. Jay Valana is a crook.
