  Very helpful and they know their products. It is nice to visit a locally owned business who are experts in their field. Very reasonable prices for a “Mom & Pop” Store.

  While I ended up deciding against buying a new vacuum, the service I received from Rana was superb. He was genuine, full of information, and did not engage in any high pressure sales tactics. I highly recommend this store for your vacuum needs.

  Absolutely the best service and price around. I brought my sewing machine in for repair and a day later it was fixed. I was blown away at their excellent service AND the low repair & service cost!!!!

  I broke something on my sewing machine and couldn't even tell what I was looking at enough to Google repair instructions. I took it to Vacuum Center and was helped by one of the nicest, warmest men I've ever had the pleasure of meeting. He fixed it in less than five minutes and even showed me what to do if it happened again. I highly recommend this business!

  Amazing customer service! Took our dyson in for repair as it wouldn't even turn on. Our house is on the market and we needed it repaired ASAP! Original estimate was for $95 as he thought it needed a new motor. He rushed to get the motor in so he could get the repair done. After receiving the motor, the vacuum still didn't work, so he after looking into it further realized that it was a plug issue. I picked the vacuum up today and it was $25 for repair and service. I was in shock at the price reduction as I was expecting to pay 3 times that. Many other places, would have just done the repairs and still charged the quoted price. Very honest and efficient. Very appreciative!! Thanks for the wonderful service! If we ever need another vacuum, we will definitely be back to buy from here!!!
