  I feel like I get treated with dignity and respect while getting treated there. Place is ALWAYS clean and the facility seems brand new. I appreciate the FW VA.

  First let me say I am a USMC veteran from the mid-60's; enough said. I retired from civilian life in 1992 and used my free time to provide transportation for people who couldn't drive or afford other options. In the early 90's, I would take Vets to the VA in Fort Worth or Dallas. They were depressing, hours long experiences, and I have avoided the VA in years since. But, I have a deteriorating, service-related hearing disability and thought I would at least give the VA a shot at treating me. At the F.W. VA on Campus Drive, I found an open, friendly, efficient, professional treatment facility that was a "night and day" experience for me. Whatever is happening or has happened to the VA facility is beyond "improvement" and any Veteran should feel confident in visiting this unit for their health care needs. Hats off to the director, his staff and the collection of great volunteers.

  Usually dont do this but here goes,went in last year for agent orange workup and was surprised to learn it wasn't my fathers VA.Was a new building and lots of smiling faces .was in and out within three hours and had an apt.for the following week for a physical.that is progress.l was a very reluctant soul because of horror story's I've heard but Ft.Worth is the best as far as I'm concerned
