  No call back lack of follow thru horrible call service. Staff say they care yet items discussed are left flat and ignored.

  horrible counselor my counselor still haven called me back at voc rehab. all you get is answering machine. When you do get with someone they have an attitude and tell you to call back another time. when you do call back you get an answer machine again and no call back
