  1st time Yogi here! Have too say I'm hooked! Who knew you could have so much fun & recieve great encouragement while improving your mind & body all at once!? Kristine has put together nicely challenging sequences that flo w/ great timing of poses. Music is soothing & the guided meditation is relaxing! Dont miss out on the opportunity to flow here.....the energy is sweet! Namaste

  Just joined the class last week, enjoying the new adventure. So far Kristine is helping me to mentally and physically work my soul and body. I am using muscles that haven't been used in years. I am determined to keep at it ---want to live long enough to see my grand kids grow up and graduate from college...Thank you Kristine for the encouragement and praise....
