::Rude and unprofessional staff! It was mentioned that they operate till 4:00pm, but they were not responsive at 3:30pm!

::They never have workers. there is only the passport lady which she is nice but she always said the front lady is in the back

::Stopped by today, but there was no one there at the desk area to help, it was pretty bizarre. In the past, they have lost my mail and it can take days or weeks for them to finally get my mail to me. The only things I like about this place is the convenient proximity of having a post office on campus, the seating/writing areas, and the abundance of safety deposit boxes available.

::If I could give a zero I would, I ended up opening a box at an off campus post office. The staff take days to hand over a package. I ordered a TIRE and pointed to it behind the desk and they are so unprofessional saying it wasn't there and they could not hand it over. even though I can see it. a literal TIRE!!. The staff struggle with English and have zero local knowledge of cities and how zip codes work. Literally the acyls heal of the campus life.

::The staff is rude and unprofessional. I went with my family to complete our passport application at 2:15 pm and the doors were locked because they were out to lunch until 2:30 pm per another customer. After they opened the doors, they told us unless we signed up on their signup sheet in the morning, weโre not going to be helped. There was nothing to let us know we needed to sign up. I asked if we could wait and one of the employees said yes. We waited inside the office then the other employee kicked us out because we made her nervous even though we didnโt say or do anything to make her feel nervous. Iโm going to contact my congressman and senators to end the USPS and to privatize mail delivery because these people are lazy, incompetent and need to be fired.
